I actually do have a great recommendation. My wife has been training with Heath and Mahogany Thurston and they are excellent athletes and offer fantastic training services. Here is their blog: http://heaththurston.blogspot.com/
shejumps.org - headed by pro skier Lynsey Dyer. They are hosting an avalanche training clinic at Alta on December 13th.
SHEJUMPS exists for three tiers of women with the intention of empowering the whole.
Those are: 1) Elite female athletes looking for a network 2.) Already actives looking for a community 3.) And never-evers, girls and women who would otherwise never have the chance to experience the benefits of an active outdoor lifestyle.
For elite level female athletes, we are a voice and a place to give back. We work to recognize the "jumps" (i.e. risks) women are taking to follow their passions and the accomplishments of those who are an inspiration to others. We also offer a network for girls and women looking to get into the sports industry with intentions of elevating females in sport and mainstream media. With the goal of offering young girls real role models, these athletes are often times called upon to be “coaches” in events that support the development of all women involved.
For already active women, we have groups all over the country getting together for everything from day ski tours to overnight canyoneering adventures. We welcome you to develop your own group and post your outings on our "Jump In!" page. From this group, we will ask for volunteers for events and activities that support our mission of increasing the participation of women in the outdoors.
For never-evers, we create activities and events that directly help those who might never otherwise have the chance to experience the benefits of challenging oneself in the outdoors.

Take a look at Klymit, they are a small Utah company doing some unique things for outdoor gear. Their new argon-gas-filled sleeping pad is awesome, and weights almost nothing.

Professional Therapies (www.professionaltherapies.com) specializes in pediatric physical therapy. These guys are wonderful (I’m a special educator working with early intervention). They are always helping parents and other therapists by offering free monthly webinars and consultations to people who need help. They specialize in providing therapy within the community (not a clinic setting), so yes fitness and yes outdoors! – just with children having special needs :)
Over the years they have developed a pediatric elbow brace called The Bamboo Brace that helps children with cerebral palsy and other developmental disabilities to improve their function and get moving. Amazing little product that can help SO many kids. They have just started marketing it this year and I know they could really use some professional help doing this!!
I nominate charity: water. Amazing organization. http://charitywater.org
Boy Scouts of America could benefit from your skills. For example, compare the Army, Navy etc campaigns from the years past to the great stuff they have now — BSA could equally benefit. I believe the president lives in SLC.
Also, what would your dream project be?
Maybe some of us could help pull some strings to get certain projects rolling for you.
